The Artist reserves the right to decline the commission without any explanation

The Artist is allowed to post any WIPs and finished artwork in their social media and to use it in their portfolio

If the Client wishes to keep the work private until debut, additional fee will be applied

The Client must credit the Artist clearly on their social media by posting a link to the Artist's Twitter profile page

Any art modifications without the Artist's permission after the completion of the work are prohibited

Any TOS violations or inappropriate behavior on the side of the Client will result in termination of the contract without refund

The non-corporate Client is granted full ownership of the model for personal and commercial use

For corporate Clients commercial licence is discussed separately

The Artist retains all copyrights to the model artwork

The model files should not be resold and used to create base models for other characters

The Client's data (email, payment info, etc.) is kept private between the Artist and the Client and is used only for commission purposes

The Client should provide detailed colored references for their character

The first sketch will be sent to the client after receiving 50% of the payment

Initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once the work phase begins

The Client is allowed to make only two major revisions during the drafting phase

Once the sketch is approved, no adjustments are made except the cases where the adjustment in question is a correction of a mistake made by the Artist

All major issues with the model that obstruct the rigging process will be corrected by the Artist

The complete .psd file will be sent to the Client after the full payment is received

Deadlines may vary from order to order and are discussed during the initial commission request phase

The Artist will provide WIPs via the preferred contact method
